Anyone can be breached, no matter how good the infrastructure is. The biggest threat to it however is caused by the End Users (Clients), typically through e-mail attachments. Sure you can have an AV solution in place, and the user might not have admin privileges, but that not always might work, 9% of malware can work freely without admin rights. I'm not even talking about security breaches such as MAC Address spoofing in a MAC Address Filtering LAN and a Sniffer in place.
